"Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!"

Unbelievable views, top notch property manager, less than great neighborhood

"First and foremost, we came to Rincon for the views and this property delivered fantastically! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as seeing whales and dolphins out in the ocean. Unbelievable views of the water. The property manager, Sabrina, waa also amazing and truly went above and beyond ..."
