"The property is average grade. Musty and old smelling. I chose to use the bunk bed as it smelt cleaner. Kitchen, deck and backyard are very good. Back neighbours are noisy and can see over the fence. Neighbour on one side has a dog that barks most of the time, so the quiet weekend I had planned didn't ..."
