"Property is under construction, parking lot is a little chaotic. Pools are nice and warm. The only problem with the "Family Suite" is that there is no desk or table. Large bathroom and closet, but no space to place anything that you would need to set down like snacks and cups for kids."

"We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night ..."

"Beautiful property and great proximity to the Sundance Resort. The river is a great addition and enjoyed the scenery Tried to stay an extra 2 days, but David our host stopped responding the day we arrived. Disappointing because before we arrived he was so helpful. Kirk"
