"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator ..."

"It was lovely. The food was delicious. Wasn’t too happy when wishes had already reset tables for dinner during breakfast, telling we couldn’t sit there. Also, the internet TV wasn’t working which was a shame as I was looking forward both night to watch a moving on be of my streaming services. Otherwise ..."
