"The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel!"

"The only poor comment came from my check in experience. I was charged a full rate for 2 night's stay even thou I made a 50% deposit thru Expedia. They claimed it would wash out but because of the 3rd party booking it was done that way. seemed odd to me. Also, the $10/day venue charge should be noted ..."
