"I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update ..."

"Property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Found it odd that I couldn't get address until day before particularly when traveling for two days to get there. Also found communications almost expecting me to either stay too late or have a party, just came across as unpleasant to me."
