"This is a fantastic place for a family getaway! The house is great, well appointed, and very well kept. The view overlooking the Cedar River is mesmerizing with lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Cedar Falls is about five minutes away with lots of great shops and a variety of places to eat."

Perfect spot for privacy, relaxation, and peace
"This was a super cool place. The upstairs room with projector was the highlight. The location was supreme for this area (The river in the back yard plus its on a dead end road and crops across the street). Why 4 stars not 5? Easy fix in my view. Floors were filthy the moment we walked in. My sons ..."
