"Great staff, lovely breakfast, nice room, limited parking, no proper disability parking or wheelchair access after-hours. Overall stay was pretty good otherwise. It said on website that it was wheelchair accessible which is only half true."

"Shen apartments were a convenient, well appointed place to stay in Yeppoon. Our bedroom was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is regarding the shower in the corner spa bath. The glass screen made getting into and out of the shower difficult and somewhat dangerous. I scraped my leg on the aluminium ..."

"Bit confusing with the new owner at check-in, but it got sorted. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every thing in the room to make coffee or tea, no milk and nothing to drink it in? Tin panikan wood have done. Really couldn't fault it."

"The unit was clean,the beds were comfortable, there was a bath available, the water pressure in the main bathroom was 'to be desired', though the shower water was hot. The main living area was expansive. BUT couldn't get free to air news on the TV, and management had to 'fix' streaming channel. Cooking/oven ..."
