"請櫃台幫忙叫計程車，時間到了，車子卻沒有來，而且協助叫車的櫃檯還說我們沒有說要叫車 跟櫃檯反應沒有面紙與衛生紙，但回到房間也沒有補上 飯店設施老舊，每天也不補足備品，一晚卻要8000多台幣，除了地點不錯，實在找不到其他優點了"

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Genügend Platz vorhanden, gute Raumaufteilung, Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Zu wenige bzw. zu kleine Töpfe und Pfannen für die Anzahl der Personen vorhanden - Kochen für 7 Personen war eine kleine Herausforderung."

"The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team ..."
