“Simple rooms and shower facilities, with a shared kitchen and living space downstairs. This is so useful to share tips and experiences with others. The space has walk books and you can borrow backpacks, beach towels etc. Giuseppe made us breakfast each morning and looked over our plans for the day, giving us ideas and information. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. Important fact! You can't drive into old Ciutadella! Parking in the Port Antic and getting used to a ten minute walk……

“Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking. Volveremos seguro! Gracias por todo!!”

“Nos pusieron en una habitacion en la planta baja, al lado de la entrada y de la recepción. Se escuchaba los portazos de la entrada y cada vez que entraba y salia alguien. Al igual que si habia añguien cocinando porque esta todo en la misma planta. En la recepcion no habia nadie(menos mal por un lado) durante toda la estancia y me comuniqué con ellos por whatsap. Las toallas eran blancas pero tenian un aspecto desgastado y sucio y no hay servicio de limpieza de habitación. Tan solo vienen cada 3……

“Predominantly a remote run hotel so you come and go as you please, very much a home from home. The staff are always around for a few hours in the morning and they maintain a spotless hotel. Room cleaning daily but optional by way of a card on the door. There is a 24hr contact point should you require anything. The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of es castell so everything is on the doorstep. Rooms are well apportioned with good bathroom facilities , good aircon and a comfy bed . Coded……

But apart from that it was perfect. Loved the rooms, decor, reception, the pool and drinks, location, would definitely be back.”
