“Great hotel but incredible staff”

“Hotel propre calme et tellement bien situé au coeur de la ville a proximité de tout: plage commerces restaurant. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit dejeuner extra.”

“We stayed 3 nights. Excellent location walked everywhere. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Definitely use the lift entrance so you are not walking up the hill. Only moan was that the room needed some maintenance. Shower head wouldn’t stay up unless you balanced it and the shower gel was empty and we had to ask for it to be refilled and the toilet roll holder was slanting downwards so it kept falling off. Not major problems I know, but for the price we payed for the room per night I……

“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“Loved being out and about in San Sebastián so did not get to utilize many of the Hotel's amenities. Concierge was very helpful the first day in recommending many excellent dining options. Hotel was very clean with a nice breakfast buffet. What I liked most was the proximity to the beach walk which led to Old Town and Mt Urgull, where we spent a good amount of time. Would gladly stay again during a future visit. ”

“Beautiful hotel right at the beach. Very good restaurant we love the attention of all the staff at the hotel. Mikael (Michael) was very nice and helpful during our whole stay with our late night drinks at the hotel bar. Very close to everything in the old San Sebastian town Square.”
