“Property is certainly not 3-4 star as advertised. A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. Food was good and cultural activities were well arranged. Overall un- satisfactory stay!”

“Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. ”
