“Nice area with a shopping mall next door and connected to hotel. Most are local brands but lots of dining option. Check in reception is a bit disappointing. Two girls attending the checkin counter don't even looked up and greet me or acknowledge my being standing there waiting to be checked in. Just working on their keyboard. I am sure they know I was standing there waiting. After a minute or do, another staff ( from a back office?) greeted me and asked if she can help me with anything. If……

“First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel.……

“Very nice hotel! Very well located, and the people that run it are very nice. Always attentive of if I need anything. Even gave me a map with a circuit to do to see everything, and suggestions ”
