“L'appartement était propre. Le seul hic, c'est la cuisine. Il faut toujours s'adresser à la réception pour que la poubelle soit vidée tous les jours. Les casseroles ne sont pas appropriées. Il n'y a aucune petite casserole pour se faire à manger. Ce n'est pas approprié de faire à manger à une ou 2 personnes dans des casseroles destinées à une famille nombreuse. Ce serait bien si dans l'appartement il y avait au moins 3 à 4 assiettes avec des ustensiles. La coutellerie est impécable.……

“Very clean!”

“I had a great stay. I was most impressed with the free pick up service to and from the airport. The staff especially Lionel at the front desk was very helpful. She assisted me with other services like getting a local sim card and was always welcoming with a big smile. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but it was complimentary. Overall I recommend Heaven hotel.”

“The bed was good, it was Nice and Quist. They have a lot of Security, so you feel safe. You have to lock on to internet every hour. I liked the programs on the television. They have a restaurant and a balcony. ”

“The description of the hotel on Expedia DID NOT SAY IT IS SO FAR OUT OF TOWN THAT TAXIS WONT EVEN COME HERE. This place is like Hotel California you can check in but u can never leave. It was like a prison. Leaving to go anywhere is an ordeal that requires finding a taxi long in advance. How this place doesn't offer a car service is ridiculous. It takes 45 mins to get into town. I was told it would take 3 hours to get to the airport in traffic (it took 1.5 hrs in no traffic at 5am). To make……
