“A mi llegada me informan que el ascensor está fuera de servicio y que si es alguna molestia, le informo que por problemas de rodilla de mi mujer si que es un problema pero que nos contestaremos con lo que hay, en lo que la persona que nos atendió muy amablemente y profesionalidad, nos ubicó en otro hotel muy cerca de este y en las mismas condiciones por lo que le estamos muy agradecidos mi mujer y yo. ”

“櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。”

“Ótimo hotel, bem completo e com um bom preço comparado aos outros. Café da manhã bem servido, tinham várias opções para todos os gostos (tinha até arroz e feijão, aproveitei pra matar a saudade rsrs) quarto confortável, espaçoso e com uma varanda grande com uma vista linda. limpeza completa todos os dias ótima localização, tem vários comércios na rua. 4 minutos de carro para a estação de esqui Arinsal (lá também tem estacionamento grátis) e perto das outras estações também o jantar também é……
