“The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”

“It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/……

“Das Hotel liegt ganz idyllisch oben auf dem Berg mit Blick zur Schneekoppe, das ist wirklich wunderschön. eS ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel macht einen guten Gesamteindruck, netter Pool mit Bergblick mit Sauna, das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, schön eingerichtet, schmackhaftes Essen. Von der Terrasse hat man auch einen schönen Blick. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Leider entspricht die Zimmereinrichtung und Zustand nicht den 4 Sternen, schade. Die Teppiche sind in keinem guten Zustand und hier und……
