The staff are trying there best but with no support from management that you never see, they have no chance of turning this property into what it should be. Left at the pier known one to help us with our bags, I had to walk, even though notified of our arrival. It’s 3 star not 4, not enough sunbeds, sunbeds broken, all the cabana beds are broken, not enough beach/pool towels for customers, rubbish left in bins overflowing for our entire 5……
