“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made the experience unpleasant. The most alarming was finding cockroaches in the breakfast area, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
The hotel also had a strong smell of smoke. At night, the smoke smell became overwhelming, making it difficult to breathe and get a good night's sleep. It felt like the ventilation system wasn’t working……
