Non so per quale disservizio ci hanno assegnato una stanza con un solo letto matrimoniale mentre ne avevo prenotata una con un letto queen e 1 divano letto. La ragazza ha, nell'arco di non più di 5 minuti, risolto tutto assegnandoci 1 stanza con le caratteristiche richieste e chiedendo scusa in modo assai garbato. Stanza……
