“Overall great apartment for anyone traveling with family or good friends. A very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is simply amazing to overlook the white mountains at the balcony. Free parking just at the basement which is convenient for any travellers who drive. Yet, it was a bit hard to find the reception to check in and there was construction noise in the morning during our stay.”

“Luckily we arrived in daylight, as the road up to the Osteria zig-zagged in impossible hairpins up from the valley. It's possible that after dark and unlit we might just have turned around and headed for somewhere flat. However, if we had done we would have missed a completely unique experience. “We were in Austria but the rains closed all the trains. We decided to go to the Interlaken area. Hotel Alpenrose was the only hotel that wasn’t double our budget. It is really more of a cozy bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a little bit out of the way but the trains are so easy in Switzerland than it wasn’t an issue. The ride back gave us time to get caught on emails and send pictures and texts friends and family. We would stay there again. ”
