“This hotel was luxurious and the staff amazing. The room was spacious and the breakfast the best I have ever had in a hotel. There was a sense of calm and serenity which was so relaxing.”

“No windows in the room except on door to balcony. Had to leave door open to get fresh air. Bathroom was quite long but toilet was placed behind the door. You are hit with the door if someone comes in. Was tight to get the rolling luggage between the wall and end of bed to other larger part of room. Step up to desk area a hazard. Carpet could use replacing. ”

“L’albergo è molto bello e gode di splendida vista. La sgradita sorpresa è arrivata al momento del conto:ci hanno addebitato senza preavviso il costo di un upgrade non richiesto ma offerto da loro e di cui non ci avevano neanche comunicato il costo! ”

“The property on arrival was in a very bad state. We could not stay due to this and had to take a very young baby and young child to another property booked in a short space of time. The accommodation is extremely dated, old and dirty. I would refer to it as a bit like a prison camp. Very disappointing. ”

“Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a very queit place. But the room is small, espacially the shower room, wifi is a problem, it was really hard to connected,espacially in the room. Further, there is no shuttle bus served between train station and the hotel. And no room clean service provided during the stay.”
