“Hotel lindíssimo, quartos amplos e muito bem decorados. Café da manhã simples para o padrão do hotel. Piscina não é aquecida, o que limita bastante o seu uso (mesmo no verão as noites são bastante frias e a água da piscina permanece bastante gelada). Tem apenas uma jacuzzi ao ar livre, que precisa de agendamento para ser utilizada. Jantar muito bom e almoço razoável no local. No geral uma ótima estada, porém muito cara para aquilo que oferece.”

“Lovely hotel in the Santa Cruz area, convenient to many of the local wineries. The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.”
