“I did book 2 King Size Beds which can accomodate 6 people. I want a big room and seprate for my kid to have a bed to sleep. They saw me checkin with 3 member family and gave me small room.Hotel Team started convincing me that it's attached 2 beds and nothing different. But when I booked and paid for a room 2 king size beds then Why would I settle for a small Room. Finally in wake of wasting my time I settled to a small room. “What a wonderful and confortable stay at Sangam hotel. The pool area was set in a nice garden, perfect to beat Thanjavur Heat. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast offered a large selection of options. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I had an issue with my taxi that didnt show up and without hesitation one reception staff went above and beyond to sort everything and got me a taxi from the same outstation company. Something that would never happen in Europe. Highly……
