“The hotel is just next to railway station, airport shuttle bus just directly drop off next into it (although I used Uber). Restaurants & supermarket just around the hotel. Staff can speak good English, the staff Anna helped me to call the museum and make for the reservation. Even I had my Chernobyl tour in two days, they allowed me to storage my luggage in the hotel after I came back. I would recommend you to choose this hotel. “Excellent hotel and services. 2 weak points: Room service and breakfast should be improved (room service time and food quality and choice, especially with local food). “The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Specifically, I was woken up by the loud door-slamming noises from the neighboring guests between 12:30 AM and 1:40 AM. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It seems……

“Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! ”

“The staff there are amazing. Made our stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. There is a Nova supermarket right next door, which was extremely convenient and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. If I have to nick pick it would be their Internet. Good enough for browsing and videos, but not for Zoom calls. Anyways, we loved our stay. This is a great choice and easy on the wallet. Only minutes by car to all the sightseeing……

“The hotel is right located in the downtown and extremely close to the Independence Square. Renovation is in 80’s Soviet style but cannot expect too much given that price. Room is clean however there were some insects or mosquitoes (which I am not sure) kept biting me at my last night of stay (Gates Closed with air-conditioner on). So I suspect there were some problem for the bed sheet. But still I would recommend this hotel for budget traveller.”
