“We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. ”

“It advertised breakfast was included but it wasn't. I was told it hasn't been included since COVID so they just haven't updated that info on there. Otherwise, it was clean and air conditioner worked, so that's good. Just had some water on the bathroom flooring and toilet kept running but everything else was good. Good customer service. They call in a taxi and food for you.”

“A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process. The intermediary app kept calling the hotel asking them to confirm that they are indeed asking me to cancel, and they denied it. They wasted a few hours of my life trying to get this refund and kept saying they didn’t email me asking……
