“This hotel is beautiful facility just outside of Ancient Town. A very walkable area with many great restaurants nearby. The evening activities in the area are not to be experienced. Ms. Tran in Guest Services was a daily delight. With two pools, a rooftop bar with a view and very good breakfast buffet it was worth the stay. ”

“入住時房間冷氣空調不夠冷及有嘈音，我們要求換了多間房間，最終也為我們安排二樓比較面積大及冷氣空調系統較涼給我們，出入員工也很友善，會打招呼，園林景觀花草比較多，早餐普通，有免費船去會安古城很方便，酒店步行去古城也只需5分鐘，酒店也提供叫車服務來回機場，比call Grab平少少，整體洒店很寧靜，適合渡假，全部是外國人及韓國人入住。”

“地點絕佳的飯店，可以租借腳踏車逛會安古城 房間的浴缸洗澡很容易漏水，整個浴室都會濕濕的，希望可以改進 有點蚊蟲，來這邊一定要備好防蚊”

The most amazing attentive staff, attention to detail in everything they do from decor, spa, service, and a pillow menu, great location, relaxing pool… I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It really blew us away! Have stayed in numerous relais chateaux properties and the service and care was on par or perhaps better!”

“this is a hotel next to Ancient town in Hoi An. I booked the soul room for 2 nights and 2 hr spa is included (1hr per day). to save time, I have combined 2 hour spa into 1 day. The spa is good. The soul room is large but it is quite noisy as it is close to the main road. And there is a disco/club next to the hotel. you can hear people sing. The breakfast is just ok, not many choice. The service is good. Staff remember your name and need. Overall, it is a good hotel. ”
