“Very Nice ”

“A good hotel, a great base to move around the island from, a mile from Roseau which is a good thing! Full bar an restaurant with a nice sea view. Very clean well serviced room and filtered water at the bar. Parking not an issue when i stayed. ”

“Beautiful property. The host was friendly and accommodating. Great location for exploring some of the major sights in the area. A natural spring on site provided delicious drinking water. I had a family cabin with a kitchenette and washing machine. There were no screens in the doors/windows, but the beds had mosquito nets. I rented an AWD vehicle to get there. “City View is nestled in the mountains overlooking Roseau. It is a view to rival Morne Bruce. The Host, Tim L., is friendly and helpful even providing rides into town or back from town when it would work with his work schedule. Roseau is conveniently located to all of the main attractions; so, City View is a great home base. The view, the accommodations, the convenience and the host all make it a great place. ”

“The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. The maids was nice and polite. ”

It is a bit off the beaten track, and the road to get up there is rough so if taking a taxi, make sure the taxi includes the drive all the way up there. We heard that some drop you off on the main road, and it would be quite the hike, especially with bags. ”

“Hotel staff service was good and cooperative. But our rooms did not have good Air Conditioning. AC in one of the two bedrooms and in living room were not working well at all and rooms were quite warm and humid for comfort.”
