“This is a beautiful hotel. There is air condition. The service was amazing from the staff. They provide a shuttle but one day out of our four days it was not available. Within walking distance to a plaza with food and shopping. The free breakfast was very tasty and you get a variety of items to choose from.”

“Staff were very accommodating and helped us through every step, which was a little more involved with 3 younger kids! They even helped us retrieve one of our kids swimsuits that flew off the balcony rail while it was drying. They coordinated a comfortable, on-time ride to the airport at a reasonable fee too. ”

“Excellent location, property is decorated antique style as it's name suggests. The breakfast is very good. There are no elevators some rooms only have a small 11X14 mirror in the bathroom. Staff is very accommodating if you ask for more toiletries, towels and water. We stayed here twice on our visit, it's only 15 min away from the airport. Water in shower is not hot...it's warm. There's a pub and coffee shop right next door. Also great eateries nearby all within walking distance. We felt safe……

“One of the issues I had while staying at the Hyatt Centric was the stench of sewage in my room and in the elevators. Also, it would’ve been nice if they included free transportation from airport to the hotel, and vice versa. But you have to let them know beforehand that you want transportation and it costs around $16, which is a lot more expensive than the $6-10 you’d pay for a cab or uber. Everything else was okay, but a bit disappointing as I expected more from the Hyatt brand. ”
