“The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room……

“Eravamo già stati ospiti qualche anno fa. Nel complesso ha un po' perso in tranquillità. Dovrebbero limitare l'accesso ai bambini in piscina solo a determinate fasce orarie, così da consentire a tutti di godersi la zona piscina in tranquillità. Il regolamento d'accesso alla piscina non è rispettato, in quanto vi erano schiamazzi e tuffi di bambini per ore. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a usufruire della zona.”

“Great stay! They really went out of their way to take care of guests. Really enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and a huge breakfast spread. Highly recommend and would stay there again! ”
