“Friendly staff, great experience ”

“This hotel understands the needs of travelers who want to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable. The staff was also very helpful.”

“Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful but I would say that the property is over trading and in need of proper updating. It’s rated four star, this maybe because of the pool and spa facilities on offer but the gym could not be used during the day as way too hot, bedrooms, at least the ones I saw, were small, tired and did not have fridges or secure safe facilities and overlooked building utilities but were all charged at European 3* rates. But equally I did not visit other……

“The hotel was very difficult to find by taxi drivers, and many of them would drop you a distance from the hotel. Also, hotel was very much overpriced for the room conditions and amenities. For two people in the room, it was very difficult to move around or even open the wardrobe as room was very tiny. apart from that, the front desk staff were really amazing and helpful. ”
