"Unfortunately some cleanliness issues on arrival. This was dealt with very promptly but should never have happened. Beautiful house and courtyard, all very spacious and well decorated. Annex was disappointingly cramped. Beds very comfortable and good bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped."

"The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find ..."
