"The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, ..."

"I had an amazing stay at the Bel Air Hotel in Guyana! From start to finish, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful but Robin and Michael truly went above and beyond.
