"HK needs always push forwarding ... actualy really sucks ! Breakfasat is poor and way expensive for this class hotel of Moldova standarts ! Great location though"

"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line ..."
