"Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). "The shower didn't have hot water in the first room they gave me. They quickly moved me to the next room and the shower was always hot and the pressure was good! All the employees were always helpful. I enjoyed the cappuccino and the omelet for breakfast."

"This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble.
