“The hotel issued a card to my room to a complete stranger, after I brought it to the hotels attention that I had been robbed I found out that the guy at the front desk had issued a card to a guy that I was going to hire to help me at a catering event who met me in the lobby. They did send me down the road in an Uber which I paid for to get a new key fob for my vehicle upon returning the owner said I don’t see anything on camera of anybody stealing anything out of your room so I guess no fault……
