“My wife and I recently planned a quick weekend getaway. We choose Pocono Mountain resort and spa for a couple of reasons. 1. Dog freindly. (They were very accommodating for traveling with our four legged member of our family.) Close to other things in area we have done in the past. (Everything seemed to be around 25-30 minutes which we didn't mind with the wonderful Mountain veiws) 3 reasonable price This is not the Hilton so don't expect it. “The stay was great. I have stayed here before in March. The only thing about the room I had this time is the bed was a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. There was a small issue with Wi-Fi but had it back up and running in a couple hours. Everyone usually is unhappy staying here because what it USED to be. I do agree but the owners now aren’t going to put the money needed to put it back. It’s just fact. For the price of a steam side room and service, I still give a 5 star. ”

“Beds and pillows were comfortably for all of us. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine brought a smile to all of our faces. Had freezer compartment in the refrigerator. Was close to airport but not convenient for dining or shopping but within 5 minutes. Downside was very poor lighting in the bathroom, not good for putting on makeup- quite dark”
