This beautifully renovated oceanfront townhome offers the ultimate Maui experience, where the ocean is truly your backyard. Newly furnished and fully equipped, this home provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Puamana. No need to pack the car—surfing, paddleboarding, and the mesmerizing beauty of the ocean are just steps away.

This two-story unit features an oceanfront great room on the main floor, complete with a half bath and laundry area. Upstairs, the oceanfront master bedroom suite provides breathtaking views, while the second bedroom and bath offer additional comfort for guests.

Located in the 30-acre gated oceanfront community of Puamana, this property remains a serene retreat despite the recent Lahaina fire. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire, and two of the three swimming pools, including the adult oceanfront pool, are currently undergoing maintenance. However, Puamana continues to provide a unique island experience, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The Dolphin Pool remains open and available for guests to enjoy. The tennis court and pickleball court are still available. This unit is located within 10 feet of the shoreline but due to erosion in the area beach access is approximately 200 feet to the north.

Though Lahaina town was deeply affected by the fire, Puamana offers a tranquil escape where you can spend your days captivated by the ever-changing ocean right outside your door. Whether you seek adventure on the water or a peaceful spot to relax, this oceanfront home invites you to enjoy the best of Maui's coastal living.

As Close As You Can Get

The house was perfect for our needs. Space to spread out our things in the second bedroom and a great kitchen set up. We saw whales every day from our lanai and breakfast table. Loved being able to run and walk in a low speed traffic area. Great centralized location for lots of snorkeling spots.

Amazing waterfront Oasis

Beautiful stay. Home had all amenities we needed. A/C blew cold and kept us comfortable the whole stay. Though the water is right out back of your patio you need to walk a ways down the road to get beach access as the waterfront is protected. Small grass area not enough for kids to play on at this location due to it being the last unit in the complex. The upper bedroom balcony is amazing for views but if you have the windows and blinds open the neighbors to your right can see right into the bedroom as there is no seperation other than glass between balconys. There was a bit of an ant problem in the home. Do not leave any food or snacks out as they will be swarmed with hundreds of ants. Even with the few minor hickups we would recommend and would stay here again

Amazing View

Great condo. Very comfortable for our family of 5. The view is spectacular & the constant sound of the waves is very relaxing. We loved the condo location in Lahaina which was convenient to our outings. We would definitely stay in this condo again. The only recommendation I would make is that the number of towels & washcloths be increased. There’s basically only 1 each per person, so we were doing laundry everyday to accommodate showers.

We had a nice time at this property. The home itself is lovely, clean, nicely furnished and updated. The location is steps from the beach where you can hear the ocean. Beach access is a bit of a walk, as are the different pools. We didn't care for the litany of 'rules' in this community, we're on vacation, so it was definitely overkill. Felt like we were walking around on egg shells. The beach is a little rough and very rocky, so not great. While we liked the house, we didn't really like the location as a whole.

We loved our stay at this place for 5 nights. Old town Lahaina is 5 minutes away. Amazing ocean views and private beach is few minutes walk. Very clean and all appliances are new. Host is accommodating and reachable. Definitely recommend.

Tropical comfort

Nicely appointed, super clean, quiet and comfortable. We felt like splurging and weren’t disappointed in the rental. The manager was accommodating even on the weekend. You’ll enjoy seeing the whales in season and the occasional chicken was a fun thing to see. Thank you for sharing this rental with us.

Excellent property with beautiful views!

My family of 5 (husband and I, and kids ages 19, 17, and 14) stayed at this property for a week and it was just as described in the ad. The views were spectacular, the property was updated nicely and had everything we needed!! We will definitely book again on our next trip! Fantastic hosts - highly recommend!

Oceanfront & Sea Turtles

We loved this Puamana home. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. It was the perfect place to watch surfers and sea turtles float in the waves---Or join them! The design was contemporary with thoughtful, tropical decor. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed watching the sunset and the moonrise from the balcony after a day out adventuring. We will be back!

Incredible view!!

Our family has been coming to Maui for many years, and this by far was the best place we ever stayed. Hearing the waves and watching them roll in. Our kids were able to walk down to the beach because it was our backyard and the sunsets were amazing.

Amazing Place!

This was our first trip to Maui and I feel like we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was beautifully furnished and in pristine condition. I was worried it would be on the small side, but there was plenty of room for the four of us. I loved that it was right on the beach - perfect for morning walks and watching the local surfers, and we were a short drive from old Lahaina. Thanks for sharing your place. We hope to return!

Beautiful memories made here!

Unit was sparkly clean and made us feel right at home. It was beautiful going to bed and waking up to the tranquil sounds of the beach, we also loved star gazing at night from master bedroom balcony and whale watching during the day. We had everything we needed to be comfortable, kitchen stocked with utensils and appliances and TVs equipped with Netflix and Amazon video, kids lived that for movie night. A DREAM beach vacation home!!

This property exceeded all of our expectations and more. The unit was absolutely spotless, the decor was beautiful and modern, and every need we could have had was considered and provided for. We could not believe how close we were to the ocean! We whale watched, dolphin watched, and turtle watched, all from our lounge chairs on the lanai! And being right next to the access gate to the beach was perfection. We were steps away from a beautiful beach with an outdoor shower and great surf for paddle boarding, boogie boarding, or snorkeling. The only improvement we thought of was perhaps a little more seating in the family room in case we wanted to watch a movie or something, but we spent so much time enjoying beautiful Maui that it was hardly an issue! Cozy home with the waters edge just feet from the open patio

Property is as it is described. Only downside is the Roosters crowing early in the morning. Other than that this home is away from all the tourists crowded areas but close enough to walk to Lahaina. Stayed 10 days and loverd every day. We’ll be back.

Whales, Waves and Turtles!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The views were spectacular and nothing can compare to spotting whales, giant sea turtles, just beyond our lanai. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was the icing on a perfect vacation rental.
