“The people at sol del oriente are some of the kindest staff ive ever met. They were super punctual and always happy to lend a helping hand. Big shoutout to darlene and juan-carlos for their hospitality! The only cons I have are of the room, the rooms are definitely showing ageing and water pressure and water temperature were an issue. However, at the end of the day, the room was still fairly comfortable and very affordable. Absolutely amazing proximity to wanchaq station.”

“Clean and located in walking distance to many things. Continental breakfast was good. They cooked our eggs to order. It was cold in the mornings as it is winter there(July), but the days warmed up nicely. I started with pants and changed to shorts in the late morning.”

“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me……

“除了浴室鏡子有點發霉 清潔部分還不錯 熱水要等數分鐘 得有耐心 熱了以後熱度不錯 櫃檯人員態度普通 大廳熱水瓶無熱水了仍然繼續講電話 且不願意相信 過了五分鐘才願意來查看 發現真的沒有水了才匆匆去煮熱水 雙人房景觀非常好 空間很大 king size的床也很舒適 暖氣很暖 睡得很舒服 就是窗簾遮光性不佳 五點多就被亮醒了XD ”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“Excelente. Muy buena predisposición del personal, las habitaciones limpias. Buen internet. Lo único negativo que tiene una cuadra con bares que a la noche se juntan a tomar. Sin embargo, no sentimos inseguridad.”
