“Great location Comfy beds!”

“Hotel is ran pretty well. It’s just that we reserve and booked the jacuzzi room in January, 6 months prior to our stay get a call from hotels.com on how our room was over booked and was no longer available a few hours before arrival and we got down graded. The problem was with this is we still had to pay the original amount on a lesser room. To me is what they call as an “advance-fee scam”. Which holiday inn blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel over posting. If they had given us a month……

“One of the better Holiday Inn Express you will ever visit. Rooms were comfortable and large also immaculate but the greatest part was the attentive and friendly staff who wanted to make sure you had all you needed for a pleasant visit.”
