“This was clean and comforable - good value for rhe money. The staff was very accommodating - provided us with a first floor room close to the exit to make it easier to take our service dog out (as opposed to the last hotel we reviewed, where they put us on the third floor, as far away from an exit as possible!). We already have reservations to return here. Lication is also amazing with a mall and multiple places to eat within walking distance.”

“Everything about this hotel was wonderful. From check in to check out ! The river/park is nearby as well as historic downtown which has shopping and dining options. The room was modernized and very clean. Staff knowledgeable and friendly! Breakfast had a variety of options & tasteful! Will definitely be recommending and returning ”

“The room was clean, bed comfortable, nice large shower! However, when we came in for breakfast at 8:30 am, although the end of service was scheduled for 9:am. Not much food was left, no waffle making mix, nor apples or oranges only one slice of bread left and no staff to replenish missing food items. We noticed that a large group of workers were staying at the hotel and might have helped themselves for take out?! Next day of our stay I realized that I had forgotten my 2 jackets in our room……

“I like the ladys from the desk they pretty help full and treat you nice , what i dont like is that they dont clean even if you ask , i ask 2 and i was there for 5 days and nothing , the other thing i didnt like is the atittude of the girl from breakfast, the food finish and she dont restock the breakfast and on top of that she look at you bad and then she desapiere, like she dont Care of you get breakfast or not ….. but then the rest is good .”

“We made our reservation the “night of” our need to stay and most other hotels were booked. This was the last room in the vicinity. I was glad to have a room! This was a smoking room and when we walked in we could definitely smell it! We tried to turn down the air hoping the cold would make the smoke smell not as strong. It didn’t work as well as we hoped but it was a little better by the time we got back to the room after dinner. No real issues or problems, my friends are used to staying in……
