“Located just off the highway, this was a great location for our purpose of visiting Door County. Breakfast selection was good. Several restaurants in walking distance (the Mexican is CLOSED on Sundays), we enjoyed the Sports Bar down the road. The room was comfortable and quiet and well appointed. Staff was friendly and we felt safe in the location. ”

“Do not let an unmanned desk deter you from staying here. We made a simple call from the supplied house phone and a gentleman was to the front desk within just a couple of minutes. Check in went smooth at this family owned lodge/hotel, the room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, cable TV worked well, had a small table with 2 chairs, plus it has a dorm fridge and microwave that also worked well. “Love the Snug. Right on the water! Gorgeous upfront marina view. Plenty of outside seating and BBQ grills. (No beach though). Cottages are so cute and kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, paper towel, new sponges, dish soap and even tin foil! Little outdated but kept clean!! Really comfortable pillows and beds. Great AC. Snug Harbor does a great job and they keep it affordable. The staff is soooooo nice. They love dogs and it’s a dog friendly property. Was just $15 a……

“It was a very unique experience. Alex was amazing(owner). Very happy to assist our needs and show us the unique property.”

“Our stay here was very comfortable. It was a quiet, beautiful setting. We were in Door County to hike and bike so used this home as a launching/landing pad. It had everything we needed and more. I could see staying here again for a longer time to enjoy the lake, the landscape, fire pit, and other amenities in full. All communications with property management were prompt and helpful.
