“The positives: Fantastic check in. The lady at the front desk was so nice! The property seemed very well taken care of. The negatives: The elevator was not working when I arrived. It was being worked on, so I had to take the stairs to get my things to my room. After the elevator was fixed, it was extremely shaky when going up or down in it. It didn't feel too safe. Usually a hair dryer is provided in hotel rooms, there was not one here. Also, the pillows are so thin! They definitely need to……

“This place is still my #1 go to when I need a place to stay. They are always working to improve the condition of things in and around the building as well as the customer experience. I'm comfortable & feel safe every stay and when an issue does come up with a room or whatever the staff always take immediate action and finds a solution to the issue whatever it may be. . ”

“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”
