“Okay, first there was a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotel, because I had confirmation of reserving two rooms, but they only had me reserving one. No big deal, they had extra rooms available. In the one room, the TV didn't work. They couldn't seem to fix it, so gave us a different room.
