“I only gave three stars for property condition because it was a very high step to get into the room. I am a senior citizen and had to hold onto the doorpost to lift myself up. A step should be added for SAFETY purposes.”

“I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated.”

“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”

“The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We are a family of 5 and the house was just what we needed. Clean and with everything we needed to have a relaxed atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the water tub! Will recommend this place to everyone. ”
