“The hotel was just what we expected. Very budget friendly. We especially appreciated the barrel sauna/swim! The place is old but has been nicely updated. Tight rooms like most of the old mom and pop motels. Very clean. We would stay again. ”

“The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in……

“We had a short get away with our family that included 8 adults, 3 kids under 6 and 2 infants. We had more than enough room for everyone and found quiet spots for the infants.The pictures of the cabin are very accurate, it really is that beautiful. It came very well stocked, had everything we needed. Plenty of games for the kids and even little light up toys for them. “The home is super clean, beautiful, cozy and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with the right pans, dishes and utensils we needed to make meals. The bed was comfy. The view overlooking the lake is fantastic!Although the weather was cool during our stay, we were able to check out the little tiki bar and beach area. The beach is sandy and level. Looks to be a perfect place for kids to play and adults to relax. We plan to be back this summer to enjoy the tiki bar, beach and lake. The location is……

“A great, quiet location near everything you need for a quiet weekend or active weekend. Close to Longville, Backus, and Hackensack...or multiple boat launches. Plus, we had access to kayaks to explore the various portages in the area. The cabin itself was great for family time. Plenty of games (pool, ping pong, video golf), and board games made for a great time for three generations of the family. Communication was great throughout the process. We had a great experience all around.”
