“Pretty outside of building but inside our room the bathroom ceiling was falling down, the floor cracked when we stepped on it and it smelled a bit like smoke. However the beds sheets and pillows were great and the air conditioner and fridge worked exceptionally well. ”

“Very pleased with our stay overall. The only downside was that there was construction going on which was kind of loud at times. When I made the reservation it had said the construction would be done by the time we went, so we were not expecting that. ”

“I have been staying here for the last 10 years, Twice a year and really love the hotel. but this stay the bed pillows were really short, more like fat throw pillows. not the long bed pillows most people sleep with. room is always clean and neat. This hotel is a lot further from were my activity is and a little higher in price. But its quiet and the rooms are much nicer to stay in.”

“Desk chair did not adjust up or down and was too low to use effectively at the desk. WiFi was very spotty. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting which made working very frustrating.”

“Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Check in was reasonably quick and easy. Room was clean, quiet, and pillows were great. The breakfast options were decent - cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, bagel, apples. And the coffee was better than expected. This was our fifth stay here over the years as we pass through this way when visiting family in Ohio. I would stay again.”
