“This was the perfect little cottage. It had everything you could possibly need. Great location can walk to the lake and all the restaurants and stores. ”

“We loved staying here, and it looked exactly as it did online. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and the beds were super comfy and plenty of room to sleep. Also, so close to Bear Lake and restaurants. Would love to go back more in season!”

“Two floors. The top floor was clean and very pleasant. The bottom floor was horrible! Dirty, unclean bedsheets. The bathroom was not clean. The cleaning crew did not do anywork on the bottom floor.”

“The Property was easily able to accommodate 16 people. It was clean and the property owners were very friendly and helpful. Some of the guys also enjoyed the river and caught some fish. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back next year!”

“This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future. ”

“Property as described except dishes and cooking appliances were dirty, had to wash anything we used before hand. Empty water bottles under beds even found a slice of bread under a bed, location ok, hot tub was nice, just not very clean overall could use some updating”
