“We loved the house and the property. There were two problems however. First, the property right next door they were building a brand new house and all day long all we heard was hammering sawing workers yelling at each other and Hispanic music blaring from 8:00am until 6:00pm every day. We could not sleep in past 8:00. Secondly the little Island area/boat dock was lovely but the local geese loved it also and used it as their outhouse, so it smelled terrible down there. “We stayed the first week of November with 2 other close families. 6 kids total aged 2-7 and 8 adults whom all enjoyed this home! The owner has gone out of his way to think of everything, from the plastic dishes for the kids to plenty of condiments for cooking and toiletries to accommodate our stay. There were 2 kayaks and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets) which were easily accessible and used daily. The weather may have been cold for the locals (80 degrees) and their slow season but it was……

“Although the weather limited our time outside, we had a good time. Lots of room to play games, put together puzzles, cook for a large group and just relax and enjoy the family. It was nice to have paddle boards, kayaks, pickleball court and plenty of seating available to use. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen tools could use some refreshing, but all in all everything worked. Having 2 sets of washers and dryers made it so convenient to keep ahead of towels. They provided detergent packs.……
