Lovely spot to enjoy some much needed family time without the hustle and bustle, but with all the comforts necessary, plus more! The private beach was fun to explore! Can't wait to visit again.”

“This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled.”

“We loved the house and the property. There were two problems however. First, the property right next door they were building a brand new house and all day long all we heard was hammering sawing workers yelling at each other and Hispanic music blaring from 8:00am until 6:00pm every day. We could not sleep in past 8:00. Secondly the little Island area/boat dock was lovely but the local geese loved it also and used it as their outhouse, so it smelled terrible down there. “House was very clean, but the hot tub was not maintained and smelled very mildewy. Response from property manager was "We will relay to our team." but no response or action was every taken. Fortunately the cleaning lady came and showed us where the hot tub chemicals were and we added chlorine, it was better but still not great. We also had issues with the showers not turning off, and received an AI response with some things to try, but again, no action was taken by the property manager. The……
