“Prior reviews made me a little skeptical about this property but decided to give it a try since we needed a place to stay in Chipley. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. The ladies at the front are extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was super clean and there were no issues with our stay at all. The breakfast was amazing and great coffee too. I would definitely stay here again when needed ”

“Property is lovely but it could use a major face lift because the facility looks run down. It feels safe here, though, and its quiet. My room was adequately clean, and the bathroom looked clean and sanitary. The toilet needed repairing, and someone came quickly and did an expert job. I asked for the staff to change the bed linens which someone did promptly. The staff are very nice and very responsive. ”

“Very nice staff, worked with us for check in ten minutes after ten pm. This was our 3rd stay in the cabins. Unfortunately, there was a smell of marajuana when we walked into the cabin which went away when we turned on the fans. We will stay in the cabins again when passing through. ”

“This is an older property. I stayed in the non-smoking section, but it still smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was clean, sheets, linens, etc. but the carpet felt damp. I’m sure it was just because of how old the carpet was. The room was pretty and the bed comfortable, though. The staff were super friendly. ”
