“Stayed for a wedding. Didn’t spend anytime in our room or area. Just needed a clean place to shower and sleep! This met our needs for sure. ”

“Locally owned motel that was definitely dated but clean. King sized bed was comfortable. Excellent price and restaurant was within walking distance. Amenities such as fuel and food were close. As for cons the bathroom is tiny. Walk in shower was adequate. While sitting on the toilet you could easily wash your hands. With the door closed, which didn’t latch, you could barely stand in front of the sink without touching the door. Our mini fridge didn’t work which was disappointing. We stayed 2……

“The room I had originally had a leaky air conditioner. I brought it to their attention and they were quick to get things fixed. They switched my room without hesitation! The facility is very clean, quiet and nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. ”

“Beautiful property! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Very kind and helpful for us to unplug from the world and have a relaxing weekend away in the middle of the woods. The river running through the property is absolutely amazing!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Duck Lake Hideaway! The house is beautiful and spacious, and it’s in a great location. Management did a great job and the owners of the property are the best! We love Duck Lake and being so close to it was so nice. We had our two large dogs with us and the property has a large fence around it so they had plenty of room to roam around. The neighbors are really nice as well. We will definitely be staying again.”

“We stayed during the middle of the winter - but the view impressed no less. The owner was very responsive. There is no wifi, but TMobile and Cricket connected nicely for what we needed during our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay after a long day of snowboarding. ”

“I am from the area originally and we were looking for a nice secluded location. This place was fantastic. Easy checkin, great communication with the property owner and awesome Christmas decorations. My family felt like we were in a hallmark movie it was perfect. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and we would stay again for sure. ”

“This house was fantastic! We were very excited to have access to lake toys for the kids to play with and even a flat top griddle for grilling. The house is extremely well equipped and probably has more things there to use than our own house. Everything was super clean and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The beach is very clean and the water is shallow nearly 50 yards out, making it perfect for small children to play in. ”
